National Sacher Torte Day (revisited)

Would someone PLEASE tell me why so many people are looking up National Sacher Torte Day? This happened before on my blog. I was getting like 8-10 hits a day because people were google-ing it! It is happening AGAIN. So, if you are here looking for info on Nation Sacher Torte Day please please please tell me why.

I suspect someone mentioned it on a TV show or something like that!

Here is my original post.....

OK, I picked a day at random from the calendar on the American Farm Bureau foundation for Ag Education web site - Sacher Torte was just about as strange as anything else there - and googled it to see if it was a real, declared holiday or not -- and there was your web site, first in the list!

I googled Sacher Torte based on an obscure American Holiday webpage. So that's how I ended up here!

I celebrate it every year! Nobody mentioned it on the radio, but they might.

Here's my page on it:

Googled day from obscure list of holidays I post at my workplace (people seem to enjoy knowing what silly things there are to celebrate, but they usually want to know the meanings) - yours was the first site that came up.

My friend posted a link on her MySpace website to look up what weird holidays fall on "your" birthday. I went to the link and found that "National Sacher Torte Day" falls on my birthday.

I didn't know what the hell it was so I googled it and here I am.

SACHER TORTE RULES!!!! Never forget that! That's why Soooo many people wind up on your page. Actually, when you get right down to it, all tortes rule. Especially those made with REAL butter, REAL heavy cream (NOT ultra-pasteurized please), REAL kirsch, and real love!
