Saturday....
Yesterday we went to the Akron Zoo. I've mentioned before how much I love that Zoo. It is close (only a few miles away). It is small and manageable - it doesn't have to be an all day event. AND the animals are always so close up. I love it. They may not have some of the bigger (& smellier) animals but the kids always love it. In fact, Elise asks to go to the zoo every night before she goes to bed. Since the weather was (what people in ohio call....) nice yesterday - we took advantage of it! Here are some (well a lot) pics from the day!

The Akron Zoo is great! Wish he had something like that here!
Great pics! We went there in July and had a blast. In fact, I think that lion hasn't moved from that spot since then. I have a pic of him sleeping in that same place. LOL!
I hope we can go again soon.

These pictures are really great! The wet otter is too cute and I love the contrast of colors on your jellyfish photo, the blue and orange.
