Jude wants a Pet...

Yesterday I spent a good portion of the day trying to convince Jude that Molly, our cat, is a pet. Here is how it went....Jude says, "Mom, I need a pet." I replied, "Well Jude, you have a pet. Molly is your pet cat." He gets a little louder, "No, Mawwy is not a pet. I want a new pet." After a pretty intense conversation for a few minutes, I ask Jude, "What kind of pet do you want?" He said, "a sheep". I explained that sheep aren't pets. He wasn't buying it. Last night while I was at my class Jake took the kids to the mall. They stopped at the pet store like they always do. While in there, Jude told Jake he wants a sheep for a pet. Where does he get this stuff?????? Lobsters and sheep...................
